The New Greek Inheritance Law: Key Developments and Legal Perspectives

ACMA Law participated in the recent conference organised by Legal Library in Athens on the reform of Greek inheritance law.

The conference, titled “The New Inheritance Law”, focused on the significant developments and proposed changes to the Greek inheritance framework.

Among the speakers was Associate Professor Sotirios Kotronis of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, who was a member of the committee involved in formulating the proposed changes to inheritance law.

The reform represents an important development for individuals, families and professionals dealing with succession matters in Greece.
