ACMA LAW FIRM is looking for a paralegal to join the team on a full-time basis. Our firm advises on real estate, investment residence permits, inheritance, and corporate matters, and a significant part of our client base lives outside Greece. The role will suit someone methodical and well organized who is comfortable working in more than one language.
The position involves supporting the legal team in preparing and managing case files: collecting certificates and supporting documents, conducting searches in public registries and online platforms, tracking deadlines, communicating with notaries, public authorities, and consular offices, and drafting standard documents and correspondence. A substantial part of the daily work involves written and spoken communication with clients abroad in English and French.
Requirements and desirable qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Very good command of French.
Confident use of computers and standard office applications, including online public service platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
A law degree or studies in a related field will be considered an advantage.
Previous experience in a law or notarial office will be particularly appreciated.
We offer stable full-time employment, remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience, and a well-organized working environment combining Greek law with cross-border matters. All applications will be treated in strict confidence, and personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of this recruitment process.
